  • Lead efforts to enhance how our organization collaborates within the matrix, focusing on both processes and their practical application
  • Own the Group’s compliance framework, setting policies on ethics, anti-corruption, and information security while ensuring these values permeate the organization.

We are searching for a dynamic, experienced senior leader with a proven track record in shaping organizational strategies and driving sustainability efforts. You’ll need to be a strategic thinker with a hands-on leadership style, ready to influence at the highest levels of the organization. Your ability to foster strong relationships and collaborate across the business will be key to success in this role.

Key qualifications include:

  • A strategic mindset with the ability to align people and sustainability strategies with long-term business goals.
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance, business ethics, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across business units and advise CEO.
  • High integrity, strong decision-making skills, and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire confidence in diverse, global teams including fluency in English.
