Job Description:
The NA head of analytics and intelligence strategy for the Health sector will serve as the region’s most senior Analytics leader supporting the Health practice — providing strategic counsel to clients, building new, bespoke offerings, developing insights for new business pitches, and helping build our reputation as the leading Health communications business in North America.
The ideal candidate for this position will have prior experience selling and marketing scaled custom analytics and research solutions to sophisticated communications and C-Suite clients. They will be curious, organized, methodical, pragmatic, and proactive. They will have deep functional expertise in research, data and analytics combined with a passion for translating and connecting these insights into solutions.
They will play a leading role in recruiting new talent as well as training and skills building. They will build relationships with key stakeholders as well as senior client leaders - to proactively identify new business opportunities, conduct thought leadership and use research to open new doors for growth. Very specifically, this individual will immediately take analytics leadership of a top-tier pharmaceutical account – ensuring scoped work is delivered flawlessly, organic opportunities are surfaced and brought to life, and both client and inter-agency relationships are forged.

NYC Salary range: $250,000 - $300,000
