How you will contribute to LifeNet Health’s success:

The Executive Territory Manager (ETM) is a member of the field sales team and a non-supervisory leader who provides guidance, instruction, and direction to the commercial team. The ETM works closely with sales and marketing leadership to guide commercial pilot programs, develop sales training content and processes, and represent the field during product development. The ETM assumes full performance responsibility for assigned sales channels and product groups within their territory and collaborates with field sales management to develop and implement efficient business practices and improved sales tactics for the benefit of the entire sales team.

Important: You will need to travel at least 80% of the time and reside near the location.

What you’ll do:

Sales: Achieve sales quotas for assigned channels and product groups and establish and execute quarterly and annual key performance metrics.

Relationship Building: Conduct in-services and meetings by delivering company-developed presentations to groups of physicians, hospital administration and clinicians. Assist management with planning for and co-presenting in team meetings and conference calls as well as with national and

regional trade shows.

Business Planning & Strategy: Develop and execute annual business plans within the assigned geography. Review quarterly key performance metrics with management to set execution goals for territory. Monitor national sales vs quota and assist management in identifying areas of opportunity

which require additional focus.

 

What you’ll bring (Minimum Requirements):


  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS)
  • 5 years Business to Business sales experience delivering against a quota.
  • Valid Driver’s License

Preferred/Skills/Certification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS), Business or Marketing preferred.
  • 5 years sales experience as a Territory Manager in biotech, life sciences, pharma, or medical device industry preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strategize: Ability to analyze and strategize to meet goals.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interface with physicians, surgeons, wound care specialists, and hospitals to inspire them to utilize LNH products.

*The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location and the candidate’s qualifications including prior relevant experience.  The pay range for this position is $65,972annually (entry-level qualifications) to $87,962 annually (experienced in this role).

*Actual compensation may be higher based on the successful candidate’s knowledge and relevant experience.

*This position is also eligible for an annual bonus based on certain criteria being met.
