Your Role:
- Assisting in the execution of a best in class onboarding experience for every new teammate joining D11
- Collaborating with TA, HRBP, Admin, IT and business function teams to provide a smooth onboarding experience
- Identifying areas of improvement and implementing these improvements in the current onboarding process
- Designing and executing new programs and campaigns to enhance the new joiner experience
Qualifiers:
- Min 2+ years of experience in TA/HR Ops
- Strong communication skills
