Executive/ Senior Executive, Media Sales

As a Media Sales, your main role is to hunt for new business and drive aggressive revenue growth. You'll develop strategic proposals, exceed sales targets, and collaborate with partners. Additionally, you'll use data-driven insights for planning, manage advertiser accounts, identify growth opportunities, oversee campaign performance, and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

What You'll Do

Business Development and Agency Engagement:

  • Deliver individual sales targets every month.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with digital media agencies to support business growth.
  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities and collaborate with senior team members on agency-based initiatives.
  • Lead discovery sessions to identify the customer’s key needs and pain points.

Strategic Planning Support:

  • Support the development of sales proposals by gathering insights on client needs and market trends.
  • Craft tailored, winning proposals aligned with organizational goals and agency expectations.

Campaign Coordination:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Ad Operations, Creative, Influencer Marketing) to drive campaign performance and deliverables
  • Track campaign performance metrics and consolidate reports with key findings and meaningful recommendations.

Market Research and Industry Trends:

    • Stay updated on digital media trends and best practices, especially across platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, programmatic advertising and mobile app), data and technology.
    • Assist in identifying new trends that could influence business strategy and client pitches.

Who You Are

  • Ideally 1-2 years experience in Digital Marketing or Media Agency as Business Development/ Account Manager/ Strategy & Performance
  • Proven expertise in developing organizational business development direction and implementing strategic proposals
  • Proven account management experience
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to take initiative, prioritize, multitask
  • Excellent organizational, project management, written and verbal presentation skills
  • Track record of leadership in team management and driving department success
  • Experience in Facebook Ad Manager, Google Search, Display, Google Analytics tools, Programmatic, etc
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
