Act as Project Manager to help the CEO lead strategic or operational projects. These roles include but are not limited to performing research on given topics to accomplish specific objectives, preparing presentations, setting up action plans, and coordinating with other teams to ensure the company’s strategy is successfully implemented
Act as a prioritizer to help plan and coordinate an appointment and manage CEO’s calendar and appointments
Act as a business partner to go out for business deals with CEO and help organize the materials, note-taking, and follow-ups
Prepare, review, and handle documentation for CEO's signature
Prepare and create weekly/monthly reports, handle boring stuff like expense reports
Managing and handling CEO’s both business and personal tasks as requested, such as plan, arranging, review transportation bookings and itineraries, planning and reserving restaurants for important meetings, and being a mastermind in thinking ahead
Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and customers
Requirements

Hardworking by default, highly responsible, takes the initiative, and proactive in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision needed, this position is the best fit for a self-managed person with high personal accountability
Great attention to detail, smart, and open-minded
Able to think fast and slow while being a really quick learner
Love to organize chaos and always keep things clean
Good command of spoken, written, read, and communication skills in both Thai and English. (We required a high level of English skills due to the nature of our work)
Japanese language skill is a plus
Bachelor's Degree and above
Professional presence, both face-to-face and phone manner, you are presentable on your own
Excellent computer skills (Google Suite, MS Office, Canva, and you are generally good with IT stuff)
