- These researches are carefully designed and customized to client needs, and allow you to work across diverse industries although this role will be focused on the FMCG industry.
This position will be maintaining a client service orientation by managing day-to-day administration of client service and coordinating on analysis and reporting of assigned research projects.
Responsibilities
Client Servicing
- Serve as primary contact to client project team contacts on ad-hoc and tracking analyses; understand and respond to questions on content, basic data issues/questions, report generation, etc.
- Maintain an accurate, complete, keeps client up-to-date about progress of projects, follows through on client inquiries, requests, complaints.
- Unsupervised on-site presence which includes responsibilities on data requests, technical basic support and analysis.
- Assist senior staff in delivering quality services to clients and ensure the services provided to clients are timely and precise according to client business needs and specifications and at the same time meeting the company's quality standards.
Functional / Technical
- Deliver timely and quality research in accordance with agreed business requirements and as aligned with company's quality standards.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date knowledge on research techniques and applications.
- Collaborate effectively with Sales teams to translate client needs into actionable research parameters.
- Maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders, including Operations teams and external partners.
- Take ownership of project tasks such as questionnaire development, data analysis, charting, dashboard creation, and more.
- Provide value-added analyses and respond to special requests
- Perform quality checks on all reports for alignment to request, accuracy, and correctness
- Ensure standard operating procedures within your area of responsibility are observed.
- Provide "in-office" research, administrative and operational support to senior staff.
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOU
You have knowledge of statistics and multivariate analysis. You also have knowledge of FMCG industry / research techniques and methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or economics.
- 1 to 2 years in Market Research or related services in FMCG / Service Industry
- Experienced in executing projects and preparing reports related to Retail Measurement.
- Good knowledge of data analysis
- Intermediate-level knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications and Google tools
- Can-do attitude with ability to work under pressure on a regular basis
- Problem solver, solution-focused

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
