About the Role

We are currently looking for a seasoned Executive Producer to lead the packaging and funding efforts for an upcoming film project, “The Rest Room,” a psychological drama set in Dubai. The film explores themes of human connection, empathy, and resilience, and we aim to create a compelling narrative that resonates with a global audience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the packaging process, including attaching key talent and finalizing the crew.
• Spearhead fundraising efforts to secure the necessary budget ($5.5 million), including outreach to potential investors and negotiating terms.
• Coordinate with financial institutions, grant committees, and other funding sources.
• Develop and manage the film’s budget to ensure resources are allocated efficiently.
• Serve as a key liaison between the production team, financiers, and distributors.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Executive Producer in the film industry, with a successful track record in film production and financing.
• Strong network within the industry, with direct contacts to talent agencies, investors, and distributors.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Passionate about filmmaking with an understanding of market trends and audience preferences.
