The Role -
The Junior Program Manager at 10 Minute School will play an essential role in enhancing the learner experience within our academic offerings. As a Junior Program Manager, you will coordinate live classes, support content development, and ensure program quality through effective collaboration with instructors and cross-functional teams. Additionally, you will manage student routines and organize feedback sessions to drive continuous improvement, ensuring a high-quality learning journey for all students.

Responsibilities
Coordinating and scheduling live classes to align with academic goals, monitoring engagement, and ensuring quality in collaboration with instructors.
Supporting content development and quality control for academic materials, including study guides, quizzes, and interactive tools, maintaining curriculum relevance and quality standards.
Managing student routines, analyzing performance data, and delivering regular reports on student engagement and content effectiveness.
Enhancing the learner experience by refining materials based on student feedback and working with teams to adapt content to evolving needs.
Researching and implementing new academic tools and digital features, such as gamification, to improve educational outcomes in collaboration with product teams.
Managing and updating academic product listings, ensuring accurate representation of courses and alignment with curriculum updates.
Organizing Voice of Customer sessions and parent meetings, gathering insights to drive improvements and collaborating with content, marketing, and operations teams to address feedback and promote student success
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Education, Business, or related disciplines.
Prior experience in academic content management or a similar role within the EdTech sector is preferred.
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with proficiency in written and verbal communication.
Familiarity with digital learning platforms and tools, along with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace (Doc, Sheet, Slides etc)
