Job Description
● Assist in identifying critical roles and map talents for those roles both internally & externally
● Coordinate with the regional talent acquisition team.
● Ensure the Global standard induction program for new joiners & ensure organizational
induction.
● Ensuring the departments comply with all recruitment policies, required laws, and
regulations.
● Support with relevant market data on Labor demand/supply.
● Educating functional heads about HR process, Systems, and Tools.
● Ensure compliance in the hiring process through regular inspections and reporting.
● Assist in arranging Training & Development activities for employees.
● Conversant in EPZ & Labor law to develop and implement labor relations policies and
practices, according to the policy designed by the organization.
● Assist in handling the disciplinary cases.
● Assist in managing conflicting situations and disruptions.
● Assist in formulating Employee Relation programs commensurate to business strategy.
● Build Avery Dennison's Employee Engagement culture in line with the Global standard.
● Develop means and ways of cost optimization/rationalization in all activities/systems
carried out.
● Active participation in CSR activities and different employee engagement events.
● Post graduation, preferably in HRM or equivalent degree.
● Knowledge in EPZ rules & regulations and country labor law.
● 3 years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing industry in MNC.
● Excellent communication skills in written and verbal in both Bangla and English languages
● Possess Problem solving qualities and should be able to manage conflicting situations and
disruption
● Strong persuasion and influencing ability
