LinkedIn Talent Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Exec Experience Lead to manage the Executive Engagement Program at our London campus. This role is crucial for delivering top-tier service and creating curated, bespoke experiences for C-level executives, partners, and industry leaders. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic planning, orchestration, and flawless execution of high-impact executive events. They will also lead process improvement efforts, analyse impact, and ensure the LinkedIn brand is consistently upheld at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Program & Facility Owner: Plan, pipeline and execute C-suite level engagements, ensuring all aspects of the experience are of the highest standard, including strategic content, logistics, and presentation.
Develop comprehensive plans encompassing timelines, budgets, and outcomes, ensuring the program aligns with LinkedIn’s commercial and strategic goals.
Executive Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for executives and their teams, delivering a white-glove experience. Build and sustain deep relationships with global C-level leaders to elevate client satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, and leadership) and external partners to deliver world-class executive programs. Foster a culture of seamless communication and shared accountability.
Venue Management: Oversee the operations of the Executive Engagement Program , ensuring the space reflects LinkedIn’s standards of excellence in presentation and functionality. Coordinate the logistical execution of events, including technical requirements.
Stakeholder Coordination: Work with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and internal clients to ensure smooth event execution. Establish a network of industry experts and speakers to elevate the calibre of executive experiences.
Budget and Resource Management: Manage budgets and resources for executive events, ensuring optimal use of funds while maintaining premium standards. Oversee costs related to technology, staffing, and event-related materials.
Reporting and Analysis: Define and track KPIs to measure the success and impact of executive engagements. Analyse data and feedback to continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the Executive Engagement Program
Basic Qualifications:
4+ years of executive event or program ownership
6+ years of marketing or relevant experience
Business proficiency in English
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing and facilitating virtual and in-person events, with a focus on executive-level engagement
Strong communication and collaboration skills across multiple markets, teams, and leadership levels
Proven ability to manage tight deadlines and deliver top-tier results under pressure
Proficiency in handling change within teams and through partnerships with sales and cross-functional teams
Independent, initiative-taking, and agile, with a track record of solving complex problems in dynamic environments
