This role requires the individual to optimize live class operations, troubleshoot tech issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth daily workflows. It also involves overseeing new joiner training, coordinating studio tasks, and driving strategic operational goals through data analysis and reporting.

Working Hours: 48 Hours/Week (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM)

Responsibilities
- Managing Class Operations (LIVE and Record Class) efficiently by collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
- Will be responsible for maintaining the LIVE classes in the system (App/Zoom/OBS/Other relevant software).
- Solving tech-related issues regarding LIVE classes and liaising with the product team.
- Managing the new joiners and training them to achieve the team goal.
- Monitoring the studio coordinator's daily tasks and reporting to the team lead.
- Ensuring daily operational data input, analysis & reporting
- Assist and communicate with other team members to develop strategic operations goals.
- A bachelor's degree in any discipline from a reputed public or private university. Preference will be given to candidates holding a bachelor's degree in science or closely related fields.
- In-depth Knowledge of Live-Streaming (Streaming Software- OBS, Streamyard, Restream, Onestream etc).
- Strong communication skills(both written and verbal) are essential for effective interaction. Also, Expertise in event management is preferable.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proactive problem-solving and adaptability to changing requirements.
- Expertise at MS Office, Zoom, G-Suite applications etc.
- An awareness of current trends and visions in the relevant EdTech industry.
