We are looking for an Executive Business Partner to support our CEO. You will handle the calendar of the executive and coordinate events, company wide initiatives, executive level reviews, and meetings for the broader team. Responsibilities:
- Complete complex calendar management and meeting coordination
- Act as a leader and team expert and go-to person for business related to your department and executive, and the company as a whole
- Manage the executive’s daily briefing and coordinate a daily stand-up session in partnership with the Chief of Staff to the CEO to review top issues and the day’s calendar
- Meticulous project management skills, ensuring completion of all action items
- Manage and oversee the operational aspects of EBP group resource management and policies including: ensuring adequate support, monitoring and balancing workload across team (including leave and absence coverage), and consistency in job responsibilities
- Provide day to day leadership support for EBPs including driving engagement, providing feedback and support, fostering professional growth and promoting collaboration on all shared initiatives
- Be adept at evaluating key data and creating solutions in partnership with stakeholders
- Prepare presentation materials and briefs for team meetings
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, including keeping your executive informed of key changes to their calendar or priorities, and keeping relevant team members informed and refine communications throughout the company
- Assist with booking travel, including airline and hotel booking, and reconciling related expenses.
- Partner with Office Operations and IT teams to ensure teams have appropriate resources and optimal set-up for in-person, remote, and hybrid meetings
- Budget and expense management
- Act as a leader, including planning team building events, developing talent, and keeping a pulse on culture and team morale
- You will report to the CEO and be expected to work from SF HQ four days per week
Experience:
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Leadership skills and managerial experience is beneficial
- Incredibly detail-oriented with a creative working style
- Can take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Thursdays and a team-specific third day. Additionally, hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year. #Hybrid
The expected base pay range for this position in the San Francisco Bay Area is $128,000 - $160,000. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
