Executive Briefing Center Specialist

What You’ll Do:

As a Rubrik Executive Briefing Center Specialist, you will be responsible for the execution and results for our executive briefings, as well as general administrative support of the EBC space. This is a high impact role where you will regularly interact with Sales, Product and Marketing Leadership and Rubrik Executives to educate and inform customers about the power of Rubrik’s product portfolio. The ideal candidate has a penchant for customer and executive experience, an eye for detail, tolerance for change, and keen to make a mark in a high-growth organization. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Executive Briefing Centers and will be based at Rubrik HQ in Palo Alto, CA 

Your Impact (Responsibilities):

  • Collaborate with the account team to design strategic and customized briefing experiences, including agendas, aimed at meeting customer and account team objectives and influence opportunity progression.
  • Identify and secure relevant subject matter experts and discussion leaders who will deliver customized content and lead strategic conversations; identify appropriate level Executive engagement.
  • Provide end-to-end management of briefing and on-going communications with sales teams, Executives, speakers, and customers, to ensure a successful planning process.
  • Manage customer experience, scheduling, calendaring, and logistics of assigned executive briefings.
  • Manage pre-briefing arrangements prior to the start of the briefing, which includes cleaning and setup (briefing logistics – printing agenda, name tents, badges, A/V setup, notebook/pen, etc.)
  • Provide logistical/concierge support for customers and account teams as needed including dining, transportation, lodging, entertainment, etc.
  • Maintain inventory and preparation of swag and EBC related materials. 
  • Work with Facilities to ensure the space meets expectations with regard to appearance, cleanliness, functionality and overall quality experience.
  • Manage all catering procurement details (ordering & coordination of delivery).
  • Assist with meetings at industry events and tradeshows including pre, during and post trade show and meeting support.

Ideal Background (Experience You’ll Need/Requirements):

  • 2-5 years of experience working in an Executive Briefing Center or equivalent experience in customer-facing role at a high growth B2B SaaS company within Marketing, Strategic Events, Sales, Sales Enablement or Customer Success.
  • Understanding of Sales and Customer Success processes and challenges.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to engage with c-level executives. 
  • Excellent organization, planning, and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Detail oriented, creative problem-solver.
  • Desire and aptitude for learning new concepts quickly.
  • Familiarity in using a briefing management tool (BriefingSource preferred).
  • Experience with Google Suite, Salesforce, MS Suite.

The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range, the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

$112,100$168,100 USD
