Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Brand team and Integrated Solutions team members to actively contribute to the ideation and execution of creative communication programs.
- Offer valuable insights and ideas for creative integrated campaigns and earned media programs.
- Conduct comprehensive research across various industries, clients, and internal initiatives to gather data and transform it into meaningful insights.
- Engage with key stakeholders, especially both international and local media, by understanding the media landscape, developing compelling story angles, and monitoring the results.
- Collaborate with partners and third parties, taking responsibility for managing relationships on behalf of our clients to develop effective communication programs.
- Create captivating content, including press releases, pitches, intelligence reports, and more.
- Take an active role in supporting our business and marketing initiatives, as well as internal office initiatives.
Requirements:
- Previous internship experience in a PR agency or in-house marketing/communications role is advantageous.
- Graduates in Marketing, Public Relations and Communications, Language & Translation, Economics or Business, Travel/Hospitality, or Art & Culture are preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp and master new concepts.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in work.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver completed projects in a timely manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Outstanding written and spoken English and Chinese communication skills are essential, with fluency in Mandarin being a plus.
- Basic understanding of the local and/or regional business news media and the communications environment in Hong Kong.
- A team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues and maintaining positive social interactions while keeping client satisfaction at the forefront.
- A natural curiosity and eagerness to continually expand knowledge and skills.
