About the role:

You will work within our organization as a point person between 2 company executives and internal and external teams. It’s a friendly but fast-paced atmosphere, with an amazing opportunity to learn about the creator economy from all angles. The ability to work to deadlines is critical. This role requires an innovative and ambitious multi-tasker who can come to the table with ideas and also work independently across multiple projects. You are an enthusiastic team player who has the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication. In this role, you will learn marketing, business development, and strategy hands on.

Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:

  • Provide direct support to the Presidents of Whalar US, the Chief of Staff, and the President of Measurement. 
  • Will work in the office 9am- 5pm, 4 days per week at our Hudson Yards office 
  • Manages an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports, composing and preparing correspondence
  • Manages travel plans, itineraries, and agendas, ensuring schedules are followed and respected
  • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate various meetings, functions, and events including, team-building offsites and functions
  • Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, and proactively
  • Be a culture-contributor and help with culture initiatives, track, highlight, and celebrate important team cultural/career moments 
  • Will manage some day today office needs: helping book conference rooms, booking guests and welcoming clients, manage some in-office experiences/tasks 
  • Adapt to a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • MUST be a great human and team player(see if you fit in)!
  • Minimum of 7+ years of strong industry experience supporting C-Level executives, preferably in a creative agency environment
  • Familiarity with social media is a must
  • Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Spreadsheets, Slides), Calendar, and Drive
  • Displays innovative thinking (“thinking on your feet”)
  • Works collaboratively (“team player”) and builds relationships
  • Displays professionalism and “grace under pressure”.
  • Has a sense of urgency and conveys a positive, “can-do” attitude
  • Keen ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • In office; will be one of the connective tissues and key faces of Whalar

The salary range for this role is $80k - $100k and serves as a general guideline reflecting the potential compensation for the role. The final salary offer will be determined based on a comprehensive evaluation of factors such as the candidate's experience, expertise, alignment with the position's requirements, and ultimately budget approvals.
