Executive Assistant

We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our COO at Uniswap Labs. While mainly focused on the COO, this role will work closely with the executive team and leaders across the company.

Successful candidates are organized, thorough, adaptable, and patient. They’ll handle essential EA tasks—scheduling, drafting emails, and managing daily support—with care and precision. They bring a positive attitude, act as a liaison, confidant and accountability partner. Given access to sensitive information, professionalism and discretion are a must.

By managing the daily details, this role empowers our execs to focus on big-picture work, making the EA essential to our team’s success.

We are headquartered in SoHo in New York City, and this role will be in-person and NYC based.

Responsibilities:

Calendar & Meeting Management

• Manage the COO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
• Triage and prioritize meeting requests based on importance and relevance.
• Collect and organize agenda items, ensuring the executive has reviewed all prep materials in advance. Follow up with partners & team members to ensure meetings have an agenda & materials shared in advance. 
• Help the COO prioritize calendar & commitments.
• Keep the executive on time throughout the day and follow up with meeting attendees on action items or resources as needed.

Administrative Support

• Take minutes during select meetings, create follow up actions. 
• Arrange catering and logistics for meetings at the office.
• Arrange monthly dinners at the COO’s home or restaurants for key partners and investors. 
• Coordinate and receive lunch daily. 
• Welcome guests to the office.
• Arrange travel according to executive preferences, may travel with COO to meetings & events. Process reimbursements, as needed.

Email & Communication Management

• Manage the COO’s email inbox in collaboration with team partners.
• Triage emails, draft responses, and flag urgent requests for the COO's attention.

Liaison

• Act as a point of contact between the COO and internal team members, external partners, customers, and stakeholders.
• Represent the COO and Uniswap Labs with discretion and professionalism.

Confidant & Partner

• Serve as a trusted partner, handling confidential information with discretion.
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions, involving team members as necessary.

• As time permits, take on small to medium-impact projects in service of the COO or their team. Able to accurately utilize data, and knowledge of Unsiwap Labs. 

Personal Assistance (25% of Time)

• Arrange lunch daily, assist with personal errands, such as shipping packages or coordinating home services.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent organization, time management and prioritization skills 
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset to fix problems as they arise
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport and trust with internal and external stakeholders
• Proven track record handling sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills.

Minimum full-time salary of $130,000-$150,000. Disclosure in accordance with New York City's Pay Transparency Law. Full Time employees at Uniswap Labs are also eligible for other compensation elements, including equity, tokens, and benefits, dependent on the position type.

Uniswap Labs' Full-Time employee benefits include company-paid medical, dental, & vision for you and your dependents, gym subsidy, 401(k) with 4% employer contribution, annual $1,500 education stipend, unlimited and encouraged time off, up to 16 weeks paid parental leave, home office setup stipend for remote employees and daily lunches at NY headquarters (all benefits are subject to applicable taxes and based on eligibility).
