As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will have a front-row view of the operational planning, strategy, and execution of the company. This role requires an independent initiative-taker who executes with confidence and grace under pressure, while earning respect through demonstrated thoughtfulness, empathy, and a deep understanding of the organizations mission, vision, and values. Our ideal candidate has extensive experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This is an onsite role at our Everett, WA headquarters.

What You Will Be Doing:

While exceptional calendar management skills are necessary, the ideal candidate will feel comfortable thinking holistically and strategically about projects outside of basic administration. You embrace and excel at partnering with different team members, have strong executive presence, and know how to adapt to achieve success. You build trust, maintain confidentiality, and operate with integrity in all interactions. Understanding the business, key stakeholders, and the goals of the organization is required for success. 

You Will:

  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and others in the Office of the CEO to manage and prioritize daily activities, ensuring alignment with company goals   
  • Oversee and optimize the CEO's calendar, balancing the demands of internal and external stakeholders   
  • Prioritize, manage, and respond to communications on behalf of the CEO and the Office of the CEO, ensuring timely and effective follow-up   
  • Support the development of presentations and key communications
  • Coordinate and drive special projects, including high-level engagements with investors, government leaders, and key partners   
  • Ensure the CEO is prepared for all engagements with comprehensive briefing materials, agendas, and itineraries   
  • Support agenda development, planning and execution of meetings on behalf of the CEO office 
  • Handle sensitive information with the highest level of responsibility and discretion 

Required Skills:

  • 7+ years of previous experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives in startup or high-growth environments   
  • Experience managing complex schedules, tasks, and documentation with meticulous attention to detail   
  • Effectively build and nurture cross-functional relationships across all levels of the organization with empathy and respect, demonstrating a strong ability to read the room and adjust as needed 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Final compensation is determined through a holistic evaluation of your experience, qualifications, and our commitment to maintaining internal equity, ensuring fairness and transparency across our teams.

This is an exempt salaried role.

Annual Base Pay
$140,000$170,000 USD
