Executive Assistant to the CEO and Chief Revenue Officer

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant (EA) to support the CEO and Chief Revenue Officer of a growing human resources company. This role is ideal for someone who excels at scheduling, communication, and administrative support, enabling our leadership team to focus on strategic initiatives.

As an EA, you will play a key role in managing calendars, coordinating meetings, assisting with sales-related administrative tasks, and maintaining client relationships. You will be responsible for implementing efficient processes, handling confidential information, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $800 - $1,500 per month (based on experience)

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, or in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in calendar and inbox management, including tools like Google Calendar, Outlook, and scheduling software.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales support (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is highly preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to take initiative, anticipate needs, and implement efficient workflows.
  • Good to Have: Experience in human resources or recruitment-related tasks.
  • Technical Requirements: Reliable high-speed internet, a modern laptop, and a professional home office setup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar & Scheduling Management: Oversee and coordinate the CEO and CRO’s schedules, ensuring optimal time management and preventing conflicts.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and confirm client meetings, internal team meetings, and other key appointments.
  • Inbox & Communication Management: Monitor and manage email correspondence, prioritize key messages, and draft responses as needed.
  • Sales & CRM Support: Assist in managing the sales pipeline by following up on leads, tracking client interactions, and supporting proposal development.
  • Process & Documentation Management: Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Client & Stakeholder Coordination: Ensure timely follow-ups and manage professional correspondence to maintain strong relationships.
  • Confidential Information Handling: Manage sensitive business and personal information with discretion and professionalism.
  • General Administrative Support: Provide additional administrative support as required to enhance business operations.
