Today we are an international team of around 40 working out of our Berlin Mitte HQ.
About your role & tasks
In this role, you will work at the heart of our operations, collaborating daily with inspiring entrepreneurs and investors from around the globe. As the right hand to our founding partner Christophe Maire, you will serve as his key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. This position offers a unique opportunity for an ambitious person to gain hands-on exposure to the core of the venture capital ecosystem, build deep domain expertise, and quickly grow their professional network. It’s an ideal stepping stone for transitioning into an investment role in the future, building on the contacts made.

Your responsibilities will include:
Acting as the executive assistant and strategic partner to our founder, Christophe Maire, providing administrative and operational support, including inbox management, stakeholder coordination, time optimisation, and project prioritisation.
Managing and organising a complex international schedule, travel plans, meetings, and events with a focus on prioritisation and efficiency
Preparing and following up on key meeting materials, such as briefings, presentations, and analyses, while aligning with internal teams
Coordinating detailed international and domestic travel arrangements, including itineraries and visa requirements
Handling ad hoc requests, managing special projects, and assisting with occasional personal tasks
Maintaining and updating CRM systems to ensure smooth stakeholder relationships
