The role:

As EA to the CEO you will be responsible for a varied scope of duties with the ultimate aim of providing an exemplary service to the CEO. We need you to ensure that he has faultless administrative and logistical support so that he can make best use of his time. As part of this role, you will be responsible for:  

  • Partnering with the CEO to develop and maintain an in depth understanding of his activities and pro-actively plan the associated resources and support  
  • Providing exemplary support to the Senior Management Team, Board and Chair, including the administration of Board governance and action tracking  
  • Liaising with external investors, customers and strategic partners to facilitate actions and updates 
  • Analysis of sales and performance data, and producing reports on trends and insights 
  • Representing the CEO at internal meetings to take notes and feed back key discussion points 
  • Undertaking research and producing documents and presentations.  
  • Administration of legal activities and considerations including:  
  • Administration of 15below customer contracts  
  • Ensuring NDAs are current and correct   
  • Companies House shareholder compliance.  
  • Typical EA duties such as: 
    • Booking travel and accommodation for the CEO and other team members.  
    • Courier management and bookings.  
    • Minute taking in various meetings and tracking actions.  
    • Coordinating complex diary management and scheduling, ensuring that necessary actions and resources are in place as needed. 
    • Processing expenses.  
  • Identifying opportunities for creating efficiencies within internal processes. 
  • Monitoring the CEO’s various budgets and reporting on status  
  • Performing ad-hoc duties as required by CEO.  

Requirements

The kind of person you are:

  • Experience as an EA to a CEO/senior leader  
  • Able to build relationships with colleagues and contacts at all levels  
  • Advanced Excel and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail 
  • Resourceful with excellent judgement and decision-making skills.  
  • Innovative with good problem solving  
  • Pro-active, communicative and can manage work priorities effectively

Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
