About the role

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join the team at the iconic Sea Containers House.

To succeed in this role you will need to have;

• Experience in a similar role, supporting multiple Executives 
• Excellent commercial sense and business acumen
• Super pro-active/anticipating
• Resourceful in finding solutions in complex situations
• Excellent analysis and writing skills – ability to capture actions from meetings
• Full time role – on site most days
• Experience from working in a creative, brand or design agency or in a related industry field

About you 

We are looking for an Executive Assistant who is comfortable working with senior stakeholders across the business. Commercially astute, you will be able to prioritise tasks and ensure that day and working week is manageable and easy to navigate for the leads you will be supporting. You will be a trusted advisor able to build a strong working relationship with senior and other key figures across the agency.
