We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). The ideal candidate will enjoy working as part of a team, thrive in a diverse role, and provide trusted and critical support to the CCO. This position is integral to the well-functioning of our Commercial Organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Support the CCO: Provide comprehensive support to the CCO, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Organisational Management: Ensure the smooth operation of the Commercial Organisation by maintaining excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the commercial team to support various projects and initiatives, fostering a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between the CCO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as travel arrangements, expense reports, and document management.
- Project Support: Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives within the Commercial Organisation.
- Comfortable being in the office at least 3 days a week.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task in a dynamic setting.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to work.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge and experience using Salesforce (SFDC), will be a plus.
