We are looking for a Strategic Assistant to partner with our CEO. The role will come with a mix of responsibilities, including executive support, personal assistance, social media management, and content creation. The successful candidate will work directly with Gregg Lehrman and be an integral part of the team. This role is based in office 3-4 days a week. You must be passionate about music and the music industry, self driven to succeed and willing to step up when asked. This role will provide you a significant amount of visibility within the industry and is a very unique opportunity for the right individual. 

How you'll add value:

Executive and Personal Assistant:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, appointments, travel arrangements and expense management. 
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Manage personal tasks and errands for the CEO as needed.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and other executives 

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase the company's online presence.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms.
  • Research podcasts, topics and personalities. Prepare briefs for CEO
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging platforms.

Content Creation:

  • Collaborate with the CEO and creative team to plan and create video content for social media.
  • Assist in shooting, editing, and post-production of video content.
  • Contribute creative ideas to enhance the visual appeal of content.
  • Ensure video content aligns with the company's brand and message.

What you'll need to be successful in this role:

  • Passion for music and a deep understanding of the industry is non-negotiable. Tell us about this in your application.
  • Understanding of music production
  • Must be in the SF bay area and willing to travel within the bay 3-4 days/week
  • 1-2 years of experience in a role with administrative responsibilities
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and content management tools.
  • Basic video shooting and editing skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and dedicated.

Additional information:

  • This role is open to candidates in San Francisco
  • In accordance with California law, the base salary range for this role is $50,000 - $85,000. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
