Responsibilities:
- Management of VP schedule: Calendar, Meetings (Internal and External), Complex Travel (All logistics: Flights, Accommodation, ground transport, Dinners), Expenses
- Managing Quarterly Business Reviews and All Hands Meetings/Events
- Taking and distributing actions from leadership meetings and following through with individuals to completion, keeping all delegates aligned on status
- Managing regular cadence of VP Meetings
- Approvals: Expenses, Travel
- Preparation of powerpoint presentations
- Working closely with Sales Operations, Marketing, Events, Finance, HR and Enablement all while helping to cultivate a supportive and positive work environment
- Drive, track and complete ad-hoc projects/programmes in agreed timeframes
- Support with New Hire Onboarding
- Creating and implementing processes
- Managing conflicts and escalations efficiently
- Working with SFDC on Sales Hygiene and other reportings
- Checking and processing the incoming Emails in [email protected] inbox (checking in SF, forwarding, follow up)

Responsibilities of Facilities Manager:
- Maintaining the office conditions and arrange necessary repairs
- Organizing and coordinating administration duties and office procedures
- creating and maintaining a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness and communication
- Place orders for stationary, coffee, fruit, milk etc.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires / communication with IT, New Hires
- Address employee´s queries regarding office management issues
- Liaising with facility management vendors
- Serving as the first point of call for reception duties including site visitors, meeting room booking
- Postal and courier services/ receive and forward invoices to Accounts Payable, sending and receiving IT equipment to new hires / leavers
- General administration support as assigned
- Creating purchase requests for facility department
- Support the work council with communication and postal services
- Office supply inventory and equipment
