The Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Executive Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with our CEO who cares deeply about culture, people and development. You will be exposed to a fast growth start up environment on both the technical and customer sides of our business and be key in providing crucial support to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities

  • Help solve Hook’s most important topics and create efficiencies in areas experiencing pain by supporting our CEO in a wide variety of areas including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, client management, and other company logistics
  • Supporting Hook to scale the teams to deliver an amazing operation by organising team communications and planning events, both internally and off-site
  • Coordinate scheduling and calendar management
  • Building a strong relationship with the founder to manage travel logistics and activities, including accommodation, transportation, and meals
  • Provide administrative and office support
  • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials

Requirements

  • Your organisational skills are top-notch, allowing you to effortlessly prioritise tasks and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
  • As a team player, you're adaptable and resilient in the face of change, capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders, employees, and board members alike.
  • Your communication skills are at an expert level, both written and verbal, enabling you to convey complex ideas with clarity and precision.
  • When it comes to problem-solving, you're proactive and decisive, consistently demonstrating the ability to tackle challenges head-on and make sound decisions.
  • Experience working in an early start up preferred
