Responsibilities
-Strong Organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
-Conduct research on business challenges and competitive analysis and provide reports and presentation for business plans.
-Supporting a growing team with on boarding.
-Assisting team with Travels, bookings, expenses and compliance checks.
-Attention to detail when handling various administrative duties
-Knowledge of Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor business meetings and plans.
-Managerial support with Expense and calendar managements.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- Bachelor's degree on Business administration or related discipline.
- Working with dynamic and vibrant multi-cultural team across APAC region with strong communication skills.
- Minimum 3 - 5 Years Experience in Administrative and Executive management
- Confident and Strong character.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze the bring the best cases for business decisions.
- Ability to professionally communicate at all levels including C level
- Understanding / ability to work in a complex matrix organization
