We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to join the Greenlight team. From working directly with our Co-Founder’s calendars, to coordinating travel, to helping plan team events, this role will have a wide variety of responsibilities and impact. You are organized, analytical and can proactively understand others' needs before the need arises. You are an adaptable problem-solver, ready to jump into a growing and evolving company with big goals ahead!
Your day-to-day:
- Manage the day-to-day for our 2 Co-Founders with scheduling, preparing for meetings, and managing and submitting expenses
- Jump in to assist with coordination, scheduling and travel for other executives on an as needed basis
- Ensure that calendars are efficiently organized and that each executive has adequate time for strategy
- Coordinate calendars across multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Have a deep understanding of the broad team needs and help organize team meeting bandwidth and prioritization
- Coordinate travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, and transportation
- Plan travel arrangements including flights, hotels accommodations, dinner reservations, and transportation
- Assist with all coordination and communication for onsite events; food orders and catering for meetings when needed
- This position is primarily remote. You may be required to come into our Atlanta office a couple of times per month for important events.

What you’ll bring to the team:
- 3+ years or experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role
- Strong prioritization, interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with Google Calendar, email, and Google Meet and/or Zoom
- Experience with Google Slides / PowerPoint and Google Sheets / Excel
- Good relationship building skills
- Project management experience a plus
