POSITION PURPOSE:

  • Provide administrative support to executives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide executive assistance to the Global Head of Human Resources: calendar management, meeting logistics, travel coordination, prepare and process expense reports, revising PowerPoint presentations and excel spreadsheets.
  • Assist HR functional leaders with projects and tasks, which may be in the areas of Talent & Culture, Total Rewards & Operations, Business Partnership, and more.
  • Help plan and coordinate events, leadership meetings and HR functions / off-sites, etc.
  • Support the administration of the HR budget including: tracking, validating and managing vendor costs, paying bills, etc.
  • Effectively manage time, prioritize work, anticipate needs, and multitask across many assignments & projects
  • Support the HR department with additional needs such as reporting, analysis, etc.
  • Coordinate with executive assistants across the company
  • Performs other duties, including special projects, as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: (including certification, licenses, etc.)

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or related experience plus a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative assistant role.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint required.
  • Experience with video conferencing software is preferred.
  • Experience with document management/storage software such as Knowledge Tree required.
  • Experience with accounts payable software such as Nexus Payables desirable.
  • Experience with office equipment such as printers, copiers, scanners, mail metering machines.

  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

Actual base salary considers several factors including but not limited to geography, job-related knowledge, experience, and budget. The start of the salary range is typically associated with the minimum experience required.

At CIM, base pay is one part of the total compensation package. This role is eligible for bonus pay in addition to base salary. The anticipated base salary range for the position in Los Angeles is $75,000- $95,000.
