As part of our drive to create true worth – lasting value and a positive impact. We need an exceptional Executive Assistant. Supporting both the Co-Chief Strategy Officers you will work side by side, responsible for various administrative tasks, to streamline the different activities with various priorities to allow the CSO's to work flawless.
Specifically, you will
Administrative Support:
• Manage and prioritize executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
Meeting Coordination:
• Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including booking venues, arranging catering, and preparing materials.
• Take meeting minutes, distribute them, and follow up on action items.
Travel Arrangements:
• Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries.
• Arrange accommodations, transportation, and logistics for business trips.
Document Management:
• Maintain and organize confidential files and records.
Liaison Role:
• Serve as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
• Represent the executive in communication and interactions with senior management, clients, and other stakeholders.
What you will need
• Bachelor’s Degree or, HBO, or business experience of a management’s office at an executive level
• Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools.
• Experienced in supporting executives, managing confidential documents, preparing reports, and coordinating complex schedules in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with executives, clients, and stakeholders.
• Ability to anticipate issues, analyze situations, and propose solutions.
• High level of accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks, especially when handling documentation and correspondence.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and work environments.
• Capability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across different levels.
• Maintaining a polished and professional demeanor at all times.
• Upholding ethical standards and demonstrating integrity in all actions.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written), Dutch is a nice to have
