What we’re looking for:

As an Executive Assistant, you will be a key partner to a team of busy executives to help unlock valuable time and keep the day-to-day moving like a well-oiled machine.

You are an enthusiastic and detail-oriented executive assistance professional with experience of supporting senior stakeholders, who loves multitasking and working collaboratively. You are a self-starter with a can-do attitude and excellent problem solving skills. You thrive in a fast paced environment and have your sights firmly set to work in a global fintech scale-up. You love going the extra mile with service and relish in the success of a job well done.  You are proactive, creative and have a #oneteam approach.

As an Executive Assistant you’ll be:

  • Providing high quality executive support to a team of executives 
  • Managing executives’ time and workload to enable them to carry out their role and deliver their goals through planning, delegating, coordinating and managing the corporate calendar
  • Supporting the exec with team communication 
  • Coordinating all travel arrangements and preparing itineraries 
  • Supporting in the preparation of documentation for key meetings or presentations
  • Preparing agendas and briefing materials, and taking minutes of meetings
  • Owning team budgets; submitting and tracking expenses
  • Planning and execution of Company-wide events and leadership offsites and other activities
  • Working on special projects as requested by the team which may include research, analysis, and presentation preparation

What makes you a great fit:

  • You have at least 7 years of experience as an executive assistant
  • You have significant experience partnering with senior C-suite leaders in a high growth, dynamic environment
  • You have expert level mastery of calendaring, travel coordination and events management
  • You have strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities across multiple teams and locations
  • You have great interpersonal skills and are well-known as a collaborator. You’re a strong point of contact for the executives you support; you’re able to represent them externally, and internally
  • You are calm under pressure, can effectively prioritise, multitask and manage time
  • You have strong attention to detail with a keen eye for accuracy
  • You have excellent written and verbal skills
  • You have discretion and integrity when handling confidential information 
  • You are able to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions
  • You are able to think outside of the box to get things done in the most efficient and cost effective way
  • You are tech-savvy and are proficient in Gsuite, Word, Excel, DocuSign, Confluence and Slack
