- Assisting with the coordination and execution of projects, initiatives, or events
- Monitoring project activities to gather feedback and ensure timely completion
- Coordinating and organizing management meetings and appointments
- Building and maintaining relations with external partners, internal stakeholders and the leadership team
- Anticipate potential issues or challenges and proactive identify solutions or alternative approaches to solve those
- Representing the Technical Product Management* professionally in all interactions, internally and externally
- Handling up-to-date information technology and communication tools
- Governing and managing documentation, assisting management with document preparation, editing and duplication
- Supervising and governing internal written communication and organizational documentation
- Properly handling and archiving various types of documents
- Keeping to document deadlines related to management activities
- Assisting with management requests such as organizing business trips, public relations, etc.
- Providing weekly reports to the Technical Product Management*
- Fulfilling any other professional tasks assigned by the direct superior and the Management

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication, both verbal and written, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong interpersonal skills, interacting with internal and external stakeholders with professionalism, tact and diplomacy
- Ability and adaptability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
- Experience with Product Development
- Proven experience in project coordination or related role
- Experience in the IT sector is an advantage
- Familiarity with social network applications and websites
- Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Experience with enterprise collaboration tools is an advantage (JIRA, Confluence, BasecampHQ)
- Language skills: English, Hungarian
