Executive Assistant - 14M Fixed Term Contract

This maternity cover position offers a unique opportunity to support our CEO, CFO, and Chief Legal, Compliance and Risk Officer (CLCRO) by managing their day-to-day operations and contributing to the success and growth of the business.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional service and playing a pivotal role in nurturing our company culture.

What you'll do:

  • Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, CFO, and CLCRO, including:
  • Managing complex calendars and scheduling internal and external meetings
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries
  • Preparing and processing expense reports
  • Managing and filtering correspondence, emails, and phone calls
  • Project Coordination: Assist with project management tasks, including:
  • Tracking progress, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Following up on action items and ensuring timely completion
  • Maintaining project documentation and records
  • Meeting & Event Management: Coordinate and facilitate internal and external meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring seamless execution and timely follow-up
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support initiatives and ensure effective communication and coordination across the organisation
  • Corporate Governance Support: Provide support for corporate governance activities, including liaising with board members and shareholders
  • Business Acumen: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings, pricing, and industry trends to effectively support company-wide initiatives
  • Office Management: Manage the Part-Time Office Manager, providing guidance and support

What you'll need to have

  • Previous experience within a similar role at the same level
  • Efficient organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and priorities effectively
  • Confidentiality, sensitivity and discretion are key to this role
  • Proficiency in Google Workplace and Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools
  • A bias for action
  • Experience in the financial services industry would be nice to have
  • Comfortable with a 4 days a week onsite expectation
