As Excellence and Performance Manager at T-Systems, you will play a crucial role in fostering strategic partnerships and alliances.
Reporting to the Global Head of Partner & Alliance Management, you will drive partner excellence and performance through data-driven programs and corrective actions, supporting designated Partner & Alliance Managers.
Responsibilities:

Partner Framework Development:
- Develop and manage partner steering and governance models, agreements, segmentation, reporting, and tools.

Partner Onboarding:
- Conduct pre-assessments and qualifications for new partners.
- Oversee legal framework creation and handover to partner managers.
- Manage strategic initiatives.

Partner Framework Implementation:
- Introduce company-wide guidelines for managing the partner ecosystem.
- Ensure governance and support for alliances and partners.

Alliance Performance Program:
- Oversee alliance performance to ensure order entry and revenue targets.
- Track sales outcomes, analyze KPIs, and propose actions.
- Maintain performance dashboards and manage relationships with alliance managers.
Key Metrics:
- Order Entry: ~€800M annually through portfolio partners.
- Revenue: ~€600M+ annually through portfolio partners.
- SLA compliance, delivery quality, and budget adherence.
- Leads and opportunities through sales partners.
- 5-8 years in a partner/alliance role in B2B, with a focus on sales transformation.
- Experience in the IT industry and technology.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or Operations; MBA is a plus.
- Proficiency in Teams, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Experience in corporate strategy, partnerships, and M&A.
- Results-oriented, with excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with partnership agreements and contracts.
- International and cultural mindset.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
