Part of Xodus Group, Evolv Energies is at the forefront of major international projects where we bring a unique, integrated perspective and specialist engineering expertise to support offshore developers, investors and the wider construction and installation supply chain through Concept, Pre-FEED, FEED and Detailed Design and also across Construction and Installation activities, predominately in relation to offshore wind, and energy transition projects.

Role: Sitting within either the Engineering or Projects team you will be accountable for engineering deliverables to our projects within your respective engineering discipline. You will be expected to provide technical expertise into our ongoing projects, bids and proposals and you may also be asked to represent Evolv Energies at client and stakeholder meetings as required.

Location: We are flexible on location- London, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Orkney & Aberdeen

Requirements

Engineering Disciplines Required (all levels):

• Electrical & Power Systems Engineering
• Naval Architecture & Floating Systems
• Geotechnical & Civil Engineering
• Structural Engineering
• Offshore (including subsea) Construction & Installation
• Project Engineering
• Survey & Positioning

Role Requirements include:

• A hands on approach, with a can do attitude and willingness work with a team at all levels.
• A keen interest in offshore wind and energy transition projects, with a desire to try something new.
• Chartered Engineer (or working towards) with demonstrable engineering expertise in the offshore energy sector and with a detailed understanding of engineering deliverables through Concept, Pre-FEED, FEED and Detailed Design and also across Construction and Installation activities.
• Have an interest to actively develop external and internal (Xodus & Subsea7 Group) relationships.
• Ideally have offshore wind, subsea cables (transmission and distribution) and energy transition experience or clear demonstrable transferable skills from other sectors.
