As the Events Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the strategy, planning, and execution of all B2B events, including tradeshows, conferences, in-person events, virtual events, and leadership speaker opportunities. This role will manage the overall events calendar, logistics, and budget, driving key outcomes such as brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth. You will also collaborate cross-functionally to ensure event success and alignment with company objectives.

What you’ll be doing and held accountable for:

Event Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement the annual events strategy and calendar in alignment with company goals.
  • Own Healthie’s Conferences & Events Calendar, which includes industry trade shows, conferences, intimate summits, and Healthie-hosted events
  • Identify and prioritize event opportunities to drive engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal Growth teams to ensure event strategies align with broader company objectives.
  • Own the event budget and ensure cost-effective management while maximizing ROI.

Event Execution & Management

  • Manage end-to-end execution of events, including registration, logistics, booth setup, sponsorships, and coordination of speakers, panelists, and sponsors.
  • Create detailed event plans covering objectives, key messages, target audience, and KPIs.
  • Oversee event logistics such as venue selection, vendor coordination, and staffing, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Handle technical aspects for virtual events, including live streaming, recording, and platform support.
  • Oversee the development of event materials (booth designs, presentations, marketing collateral, and swag).
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring seamless execution and a high-quality attendee experience.
  • Coordinate with Business Development on pre-event planning, on-site activities, and post-event follow-up strategies.
  • Provide logistical support to team members attending conferences or speaking engagements (travel, registration, and meeting coordination).

Performance Measurement & Collaboration

  • Track and measure event success against KPIs like lead generation, pipeline creation, and revenue impact.
  • Provide post-event analysis, including performance metrics, lessons learned, and recommendations for future events.
  • Foster relationships with external partners, vendors, and sponsors to ensure events meet company objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between teams (sales, product marketing, etc.), ensuring consistent communication and integration of events into broader marketing initiatives

Qualifications: What we expect from you:

  • You have a track record of success: 3-5+ years of experience in event marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology.
  • You thrive working across multiple projects: Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have a keen eye for event experiences: Proven experience managing complex event logistics and multi-event calendars, including creating awesome event experiences.

Logistics

Location: New York, NY: this is a hybrid position

This is a full-time position.

U.S. work authorization is required, Healthie does not provide sponsorship.

The base compensation for this role is $92,000 - $115,000 per year + equity, annual company bonus, and benefits.

The target salary range for this position is part of a competitive total rewards package. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.

  • Medical, Dental, Vision: benefits start on the first day of the month following your start date. Healthie provides $520./ per month stipend toward your healthcare premiums which fully covers most plan options for the employee and part of the dependents premium. HSA and FSA plans available.

Resume Review

  • Round 1: Preliminary Interview - 15 minutes (Director of Talent)
  • Round 2: Hiring Manager Interview - 20 minutes (Director of Marketing)
  • Round 3: Group Round Interview - 45 minutes (Director of Marketing, Chief of Staff, COO); Candidates will be asked to prepare a portfolio or discussion showcasing their past experience related to the three core responsibilities of this role.
  • Round 4: Executive Interview - 20 minutes (CEO)
