Summary: We are seeking an experienced Events Manager to spearhead event marketing efforts for the MEASAT region. This role is ideal for a creative, organized marketer who can translate global event briefs and initiatives into locally relevant, impactful events that resonate with our community and meet regional market needs. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional project manager, overseeing all aspects of event planning and end-to-end execution, including thorough post-event analysis. The role will be responsible for managing timelines, budgets, vendors, and cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless delivery of high-impact events that elevate the brand presence in the MEASAT regions. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and excellent communication, as well as an individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and ensuring flawless execution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize plan, and manage a range of high-profile brand events, product launches, and masterclasses, ensuring each event embodies our brand's essence and values
  • Adapt and execute Global event strategy into all markets – Middle East, Africa, India, and Asia Pacific – taking cultural and geographical nuances into consideration. Ensure all events and activations align seamlessly with marketing objectives and brand guidelines, positioning our brand as a global leader
  • Oversee and control event budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure efficiency, quality, and a outstanding event experience
  • Coordinate and collaborate with key internal stakeholders (Marketing, PR, Education, Retail, Commercial) and external vendors to achieve flawless execution and cohesion across all event components
  • Contribute to the growth of the regional Influencer/PR list and department, with a quarterly audit of lists
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailer partners to ensure the delivery of world-class events, tailored to local market needs
  • Conduct thorough analysis of event performance and generate detailed reports, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement and enhanced ROI
  • Creating reports, strategy documents and presentations for the senior management team on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in communications, project management and/or event management, preferably in the beauty or lifestyle industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing preferable
  • Strong project management and budgeting skills
  • Excellent communication and networking abilities
  • Proficiency in event planning software
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
  • Proven track record of successful large-scale events
  • Understanding of beauty industry trends and influencer landscape
  • Resilience, creativity & high level of agility
  • Excellent team player
  • Travel is required
