Events
- Keen and able to assist the team with managing the logistics of the events, including set-up at the event, managing and training of agency staff on event days, meeting targets and encouraging team members.
- A highly organised self-starter who is analytical, with a high attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to self-manage
- Confident in approaching senior personnel in a face2face environment and over the phone and should have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Results driven, will be working towards a target, will push self and team members to reach goal.
In-between events
- Listen to teams outgoing calls to ensure script is being followed and download and organise call files
- Focused on finding and generating new leads through online research
- A proactive learner, looking to constantly stay up to date with the goings on within the NHS, including roles and responsibilities within healthcare
- Self-motivated and able to self-manage
- Ensure that data is accurately entered into our large database, and to detect and correct any anomalies
- Create and manage contacts with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system
- Organising and setting up email campaigns
Experience Required
- Proficient with CRM and Database systems
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Have experience of inputting data into a CRM/Database
- Have experience in face2face/telephone within a marketing, customer service or promotional setting
- Must be able to prioritise/organise workflow
- Must be able to work co-operatively with other members of the Data Team
- Must be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must be able to demonstrate strong computer literacy skills
- Past use of Wordpress will be beneficial
