Doctoralia is looking for a talented Event & Trade Marketing Coordinator to lead and execute our event strategies and trade marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on driving brand visibility and optimizing the customer experience within the healthcare sector.
This is a dynamic role that combines both technical and strategic expertise to help us achieve our brand goals and drive lead generation. You’ll work closely with internal and external teams to deliver high-quality events, campaigns, and materials aligned with our objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Event & Trade Marketing Strategy: Design and implement event plans, congresses, and trade marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives and market growth.

HubSpot Management: Use HubSpot to track event campaigns, optimize lead generation (MQLs), and maximize platform efficiency.

Event & Conference Coordination: Lead the planning, logistics, and execution of webinars, conferences, fairs, and trade marketing events, collaborating with internal and external teams.

Content Development: Supervise the creation of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Agency & Supplier Management: Work with external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality and consistent event materials and communication activities.

Impact Analysis & Reporting: Collect and analyze event and campaign performance data via HubSpot, providing strategic insights to improve future efforts.

Budget Management: Oversee event and trade marketing budgets, ensuring expenses align with brand objectives.

Content Adaptation: Write, adapt, and oversee promotional content to ensure consistent messaging across all markets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years in marketing, trade marketing, or event management, with proven experience using HubSpot for campaign tracking and analysis.

Technical Skills:
- Advanced HubSpot proficiency for event management and metrics analysis.
- Strong experience in trade marketing strategy and execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok).
- Experience in planning and coordinating events in the healthcare sector.
