- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive event strategies aligned with business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define event objectives, target audiences, and key messages.
- Manage relationships with event vendors, organizers, and attendees.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of compelling marketing collateral

- Manage on-site event presence and communications. Coordinate setup, registration, staffing, and attendee services to ensure a seamless and memorable experience.
- Work closely with internal teams to align event strategies with broader marketing and business objectives and to ensure the delivery of successful events plans
- Contribute to the design and development of promotional material for events, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Ensure smooth event execution within a given budget without compromising quality or impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or related field or similar education/professional experience.
- Exceptional project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creativity and attention to detail in developing engaging event experiences.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
- Experience working collaboratively with senior-level executives and external stakeholders.
- Fluent in English; German proficiency preferred.
- Willingness to travel for domestic and international events as needed.
