What you'll do:
- Develop and implement comprehensive event strategies aligned with company objectives and target audience demographics.
- Plan, organize, and execute all aspects of offline events (trade shows, conferences, meetups, private dinners, happy hours), including logistics, budgeting, vendor management, and on-site coordination.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and executive teams to ensure seamless integration of event activities with overall marketing and sales initiatives.
- Identify and evaluate relevant industry events, sponsorships, and speaking opportunities to maximize brand exposure and lead generation.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with event partners, vendors, sponsors, and key stakeholders to optimize event outcomes.
- Track, analyze, and report on event performance metrics to measure ROI and inform future event planning and strategy.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in event management, incorporating innovative ideas to continually enhance event experiences and results.
Ideally, you'll bring with you:
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in event management, preferably within the ecommerce and/or SaaS industry
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, focusing on delivering high-quality, memorable event experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders, including clients, partners, and executives
- Flexibility to travel and work outside of regular business hours if needed
