The Ramsey Live Events Team delivers world-class, high-energy events that provide HOPE to people across the country. These range from large, high-end, destination events for our fans to small, team member only gatherings at our office in Franklin, TN. We pull out all the stops to provide an experience that leaves attendees excited, motivated and empowered as we cover topics like money, marriage, parenting, business and leadership.

What Winning Looks Like:

• Leading departments to set the stage for a successful event, from updates on A/V to marketing
• Handling large event budgets and distributing resources effectively
• Participating in production meetings
• Partnering with other Event Managers on their projects
• Embracing unexpected changes and adapting plans or actions as needed
• Maintaining a strong awareness of overall events at Ramsey and stepping in where needed

Skills Needed to Win:

• 4+ years of event planning or project management
• Experience working with large budgets
• High attention to detail and willingness to get into the weeds when needed
• Ability to travel 20-40 days of the year

$50,600 - $64,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits
