What You Will Do:
- Plan, organize, and execute a wide range of events, including our high-scale summer and winter fests, town hall meetings, internal conferences, and any other creative engaging initiatives.
- Develop event concepts to align with Hostinger's brand and business goals.
- Coordinate all aspects of event planning, communication, and execution.
- Identify and establish partnerships with agencies, vendors, and other external partners.
- Evaluate event success through post-event analysis and implement improvements for future events.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and bring innovative ideas to enhance our event experiences.
- Manage event-related communications and ensure a high-quality attendee experience.
What We Expect:
- You have a passion for planning and executing successful events.
- You have 3+ years of experience in event management, with a proven track record of delivering impactful events.
- You are highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- You are proactive and can anticipate challenges, finding solutions quickly and efficiently.
- You have a strong creative mindset, bringing new and exciting ideas to life.
- You can fluently communicate in both English and Lithuanian.
