We are seeking a skilled Project Manager for Brand Experiences to spearhead the meticulous planning, execution, and post-event evaluation of regional and international tradeshows, alongside other strategic projects. Serving as the primary Brand Representative at our Marketing and Brand Experience Office, you will demonstrate exceptional service orientation, proactive leadership, and a keen ability to anticipate and fulfill stakeholder needs. This pivotal role ensures that all initiatives are delivered punctually, within budget, and to exacting specifications. This job is required to be in the Wrigley building office four days per week with the description below:
Strategically plan and execute regional and international tradeshows across the US and global markets. This includes on site presence and booth staff planning and hotel block administration
Coordinate booth logistics, manage contracts, and cultivate relationships with industry associations.
Facilitate internal meetings and synchronize project timelines with precision.
Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules to guide flawless execution.
Proactively manage project risks, issues, and scope to maintain project integrity.
Provide regular project status updates and address challenges effectively with project leads using project management tools.
Foster clear and effective communication channels across all stakeholders.
Manage external vendors and collaborate closely with project teams and booth staff.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and outcomes.
Evaluate event performance against established KPIs and metrics.
Maintain and update the intranet event database for assigned projects.
Act as a dedicated ambassador of Brainlab’s brand values and voice.
Cultivate enthusiasm and engagement across the office through robust event support, showcasing customer demos and interactive training opportunities.
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in event management.
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams).
Availability and willingness to travel up to 15% as required.
In-Person Commitment: Required to be in the downtown Chicago office four days per week.
