Event Preparation:
- Assist in sending reminders and following up with all exhibitors regarding the E-Manual form.
- Send invoices and reminders to all exhibitors to make payments.
- Update the exhibitor list and work closely with the finance team to prepare debtor lists.
- Prepare and update accurate data for mailing the visitor invitations.
- Update the floor plan regularly until the day of the exhibition.

On-Site Support:
- Provide on-site support during events to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Assist with registration for exhibitors, VIPs, international delegates, and guest check-ins, addressing any issues or special requests.
- Monitor to ensure all exhibitors settle their payments before they receive their exhibitor passes.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure that all fascia boards submitted by exhibitors are correct.

Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain event files and documentation, including contracts, invoices, and attendee lists.
- Process payments and manage event budgets as directed by the event manager.
- Prepare post-event reports and evaluations, summarizing successes and areas for improvement.

Communication and Coordination:
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
- Provide regular updates to the event team and address any concerns or changes.
- Assist with marketing and promotional activities to boost event visibility and attendance.

Customer Service:
- Deliver excellent customer service to clients, guests, and vendors, ensuring a positive experience.
- Handle any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Perform any other tasks related to the event as assigned by the Project Director.
- Experience with event management, strong PR and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of current trends in technologies such as Industry 4.0, 5G, robotics, data centers, and AI will be an additional advantage
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
