Zone IT Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team. This role involves planning and executing a variety of corporate events, from conferences to team-building activities, ensuring everything runs smoothly and exceeds expectations.

As an Event Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing event logistics, coordinating with vendors, and collaborating with our marketing team to create engaging experiences for our attendees.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including venue selection, logistics, budgets, and timelines.
• Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful event execution.
• Manage event registrations, communication, and follow-up with participants.
• Coordinate event marketing efforts through social media and email campaigns.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and provide recommendations for future improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to implement innovative ideas for events.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Familiarity with event management software and tools.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• A degree in hospitality management, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
