The Role:

We are seeking an Event Coordinator role to provide in-office support and collaborate with the team to ensure seamless event organization. Key responsibilities include managing administrative tasks, coordinating logistics, and assisting with various event-related activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and possesses a proactive, "can-do" attitude.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  •  Manage internal and external event calendars to ensure alignment with organizational priorities
  •  Provide logistical support for event leads in both live and virtual settings
  •  Assist with on-site and remote event coordination, including setup and breakdown
  •  Handle event logistics, including team travel arrangements and accommodations
  •  Oversee event swag purchasing, inventory, and fulfillment
  •  Manage event timelines, schedules, and vendor communications to ensure smooth and timely execution
  •  Coordinate with sales teams to support pre-event outreach, schedule meetings, and confirm attendance
  •  Maintain accurate records of event details, such as budgets, contracts, and attendee lists
  •  Track and report on event metrics, including attendee engagement, lead generation, and follow-up activities
  •  Draft event communications, including event briefs, email invitations, and follow-up correspondence

What You Bring to The Team:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  •  1+ years of experience in event planning, coordination, or a related role
  •  Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and event management software
  •  Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
  •  Ability to travel for events as needed, including some weekends
  •  Creative mindset, bringing fun and innovative ideas to enhance participation and engagement at live events

Pay Transparency.  DailyPay takes a market-based approach to compensation, which may vary depending on your location. United States locations are categorized into three tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The salary ranges are listed by geographic tier. Additionally, this role may be eligible for variable incentive compensation and stock options. Where a candidate fits within the compensation range for a role is based on their demonstrated experience, qualifications, skills, and internal equity.
