Protofire is looking for a dynamic Event and Performance Marketing Specialist to lead event coordination and manage our PPC campaigns. This role will play a crucial role in enhancing Protofire’s brand visibility through strategic event management and targeted performance marketing efforts.
This person will be responsible for planning and executing online and offline events, as well as managing multi-channel demand generation through PPC advertising and retargeting. This position requires strong organizational skills, a data-driven approach, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to drive successful event outcomes and campaign performance.
Responsibility:
- Social Media Management:
- Strategize, manage, and optimize Protofire’s social media presence on platforms such as X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and Web3-native channels.
- Develop and implement a social media calendar with strategic content to increase engagement and meet specific KPIs for reach and follower growth.
- Content Creation:
- Design and produce banners, infographics, advertisements, and presentations that align with campaign goals.
- Create and refine high-quality written content, including blog posts and white papers, with an emphasis on brand tone and relevance to Protofire’s audience.
- Craft nurturing content tailored to each stage of the customer journey, optimizing engagement through analytics.
- Community Management:
- Engage with Protofire’s community on platforms like Discord, providing valuable content, facilitating discussions, and gathering insights for improvement.
- Plan and execute community-driven content like AMAs, discussions, and announcements to maintain active engagement.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Mixpanel to analyze and report on social media and content performance.
- Deliver actionable insights based on key metrics to guide strategic adjustments and measure content effectiveness.
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years in event management, performance marketing, or similar roles, with experience in B2B SaaS or startup environments.
- Proven expertise in planning and executing successful events, both online and offline, with measurable outcomes.
- Strong analytical mindset, experience with multi-channel PPC campaigns, and familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Hotjar.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, with a structured approach to meeting objectives and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- High level of initiative and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to managing challenges.
- Knowledge of Web3 tools and familiarity with the Web3/DeFi space.
- Experience with buyer persona development, customer journey mapping, and ABM strategies.
- Ability to manage third-party vendors, freelancers, and strategic partnerships to execute campaigns effectively.
- Familiarity with multimedia content creation, such as podcasts and video, to support broader marketing strategies.
