Within this stream of our 2-year rotational European Graduate Program of our Materials Group Business Unit, you'll tackle exciting 12-month assignments in different areas of Operations/Manufacturing at various production sites across Europe. We'll empower you to take on responsibility quickly while you explore all aspects of our operations. You'll contribute to both day-to-day activities and strategic manufacturing projects. Beyond honing your technical expertise, you'll have the opportunity to develop strong communication and leadership skills. These skills will be essential as you drive sustainable continuous improvement within the sites and make a lasting impact.
