ETHICS AND COMPLIANCE MANAGER

What you get to do in this role:

  • Drive control ownership and adoption of data/AI through relationship building, advisory consultation as measured and reflected in the Data Governance dashboard. 
  • Contribute to policy and control objective definition for Enterprise Data Governance team and taking new requirements from the global landscape via compliance and legal to ensure we meet those standards. 
  • Champion changes /service as SME needed to support/inform/educate leadership and control owners inthe domains. 
  • Review trends and data that support the adoption of Data Governance and help drive data review process to more efficient completion.  
  • Define business requirements to improve performance to meet OKRs. 

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Experience with ServiceNow platform – preferably holding certifications 

  • Have experience in data compliance, preferably in the area of focus for data handling, such as Security, Privacy, Regulatory compliance  

  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills -3-5+ years’ experience with data analysis, reporting, trending, data management and process definition. 

  • Excellent planning & organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple, concurrent areas of responsibility 

  • Ability to work with little direction independently 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Passion for Data Governance and prioritizes ‘Doing the right thing with data’. 

  • Enjoys balance of interaction with people and analysis 

  • Experience with fast moving / high growth organizations 

  • Works well with diverse work styles and personalities  

  • Stellar interpersonal / communication skills 

  • Bachelors or master’s in related disciplines 

  • Ideally candidate has experience in data governance
